CincyMUNC IV Policies

Position Papers

Position papers are NOT required for any CincyMUNC IV committee. We still encourage delegates to research their position thoroughly, but will not accept or consider any position papers.

Technology Use

Technology is only permitted in General Assembly committees for resolution/working paper writing. It will not be permitted in any crisis or specialized committee for any reason. 

Pre-Writing

Pre-writing will not be permitted under any circumstances. We encourage delegates to report any pre-writing through the anonymous reporting form or to their chairs. It will be an automatic disqualification from awards.

Bloc Reccomendations

Bloc recommendations will not be given to any CincyMUNC IV committee. Delegates should attempt to be diplomatic and work with the positions that make sense for them . 

Dress Code

At CincyMUNC IV, we ask delegates to come to committee sessions in Western business attire. 

Inclusivity Policy

We ask all delegates to be mindful that other participants may have different cultures or beliefs and to keep that in mind throughout the weekend. Any discriminatory statements will not be permitted.
