Just Say No: - The Department for the Annihilation of Rogue Emus (D.A.R.E)

Aussie Aussie Aussie? OI OI OI! Welcome to the Australian outback, where your brave department of government bureaucrats, experienced hunters, weathered soldiers and seamen, farmers, ornithological enthusiasts, and more, have gathered in order to confront an unceasing wave of invading, crop-hungry,  EMUS. The year is 1932, and the Australian government, in response to mass numbers of emus consuming the crops of farmers, has declared war on all emus, seeking to eradicate them from the very face of the earth. 
(Or maybe something a little less permanent) 
This committee will, through some intriguing, wild plot twists and turns (and crisis mechanics) seek to find a solution to our bulletproof, feathered crisis, where it may be violent (within reason) or PETA proof.
