Order of the Phoenix

The wizarding world is unraveling. Voldemort has risen to the peak of his power, and his Death Eaters roam unchecked—attacking homes, schools, and even Muggle villages. His influence stretches into every corner of society, twisting friends into spies and neighbors into traitors. Whispers of his reach inside the Ministry of Magic have shattered public trust, leaving even those in power uncertain of who can be relied upon.

Against this tide of darkness, Albus Dumbledore has rallied a secret alliance: the Order of the Phoenix. These witches and wizards are brave, but they are few, forced to fight in shadows against an enemy that seems endless. Their victories come at great cost, and their sacrifices often go unnoticed by a frightened public desperate for safety.

Meanwhile, the Ministry struggles to act. Some officials call for resistance; others argue for compromise or denial. Many ordinary witches and wizards avoid the fight altogether, convinced that neutrality might spare them. Yet the truth is simple: Voldemort’s vision leaves no room for neutrality.

This committee is composed of voices from across the magical world: Order members, Ministry officials, and influential outsiders. They must confront impossible questions: How far are they willing to go to stop Voldemort? Can they put aside personal rivalries and mistrust long enough to stand united? Or will hesitation and division doom the wizarding world to fall under the Dark Lord’s rule?

The choices made here will shape the war—and decide whether a future without Voldemort is possible.
